What I like about this is all the negative space off to the right side and how the paint spatters across it, giving a very interesting composition. Also at the same time leading the eye into the subject. Yh reason I think it is a 9 however is I still feel that there is a little to much negative space and that the head could have been place down a tab just move it away from the corner. overall great work!!!!

Not bad...

What I would do here is ether add one more deeper shade to help define her face like under her jaw and her facial features, Or add some lines to define the pic define and separate the shapes of the face etc...
